Rest & Recharge is a gentle 60-minute sound healing experience created to give you space to slow down, switch off, and simply receive.
Wear comfy clothes, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls.
There is no journaling, no manifestation work, and nothing you need to figure out. This evening is simply an invitation to pause.
