Allow the soothing frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments to calm your mind, relax your body, and realign your spirit. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a returning participant, each session offers a unique vibration attuned to your energy in the moment.

What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort (chairs are also available).
