Sound Healing Meditation

This is an ancient practice that will bring you into a meditative state where you can relax and recharge. Benefits include better sleep, reduced depression and anxiety, improved fatigue, help with chronic pain, help with mental clarity, detoxifying the blood, supports releasing emotional blocks, trauma release, chakra clearing and balancing.... all in all its an energetic and spiritual massage NOT to be missed.

Please bring:

Your own yoga mat, blanket + pillow to rest on (if you have an eye mask this would be helpful too). Wear nice comfy clothes.

A flask of water or herbal tea is advised.

We will be starting at 7.30pm at John Wood Scout centre, HP11 1DW and there is parking outside. Please arrive no earlier than 7.25pm, so i can set up the space properly. Thank you.
