Take a mindful pause and join us for an evening of relaxation and renewal through the soothing power of sound.
During this meditation, you'll be immersed in peaceful tones from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments, all curated to support a calm and grounding experience.
This session is open to all levels and is a beautiful way to reconnect with yourself in a supportive space.
What to Bring:
-A yoga mat or something comfy to lie on
-A blanket (you might get chilly as you relax deeply)
-A pillow or bolster for extra comfort
-An open heart and willingness to receive
-Crystals you’d like to charge with healing frequencies (optional)
