Come bathe in the Healing frequencies of the Native American flute, Crystal Sound Bowls, and Wind Gong along with guided meditation, and breath work. In this Meditation we will be focusing on clearing, and re-igniting the heart space, while shedding old wounds and things that no longer serve you.
Feel free to bring Yoga Mat, blanket, Pillow, Crystals, Journal or anything that brings you comfort.
