Enjoy the soothing sounds of crystal quartz singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other sound tools. Meditation is easy as the sound tools slow down the brain waves. The melodies of the sound meditation hold the power to soothe the nervous system, lower anxiety levels, harmonize blood pressure and relax the overall system.Please arrive early as we start on time. Bring water, yoga mat/blanket/pillow or use a chair that is provided for you. We appreciate the room being Fragrance Free for all participants.
