Sound Healing Meditation

Sound healing meditation uses vibrational frequencies from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and chimes to foster relaxation, balance energy, and support both emotional and physical well-being. During this session, you will immerse yourself in these soothing sounds while focusing on your breath, allowing the frequencies to guide you into a deep state of calm and alignment. This practice can help alleviate stress, clear energetic blockages, and enhance your overall sense of harmony and mind-body connection.
