"Serentiy Sound Healing" with Bhante Chan a Buddhist Monk and Lucy Sky a certified sound healer.
During a sound bath, you will lay down comfortably and be surrounded by soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. The vibrations from the sounds will resonate throughout your body, helping to release tension and blockages, and induce a meditative state.
Nurture yourself with a multi-instrumental sound healing journey. Bring a yoga mat or a blanket, pillow and a water bottle to make yourself comfortable.
