Come unwind and immerse yourself in the healing power of sound. Nina will guide you into deep relaxation through guided meditation and various sound healing instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drums, and rainsticks. Beginner-friendly.. all are welcome to enjoy this 30-minute experience.
You are welcome to bring your own mats, but we do have some in the studio you can use.
We're excited to offer this class bi-weekly, on Sundays at 7pm.
Regular rates apply.. First class Free, Single $15, 5-Pack $60, 10-pack $110 and Unlimited Members are welcome!
