An immersive, hands-on introduction to working with healing sound

Have you felt called to work with sound but aren’t sure where to begin?

This experiential training offers a grounded, practical introduction to crystal singing bowls and tuning forks. Whether you want to deepen your personal meditation practice or begin sharing sound with others, this class will give you the foundational skills and confidence to start.

You’ll learn not only how to play the instruments, but also how to create a supportive and intentional sound experience.

This is a small-group, hands-on training designed for learning through practice, feedback, and real-time guidance.

No prior experience is required.

Participants will receive a Certificate of Introduction to Sound Healing upon completion. Located in DeLand, Florida

Tuning forks are available for purchase with advance notice reservation. Some instruments will be available to borrow. Please indicate at registration if you will need one.

Jill has been playing crystal bowls since 2012 and additionally brings decades of experience in healthcare, energy work, and group facilitation. Her teaching style is compassionate, grounded, and intuitive, helping students feel safe, capable, and confident in their ability to work with sound.

This training is offered from the heart with deep respect for sound as a powerful healing modality.

Extended Immersion | 5–6 Hours

This format allows time for:

• Proper striking and singing techniques
• Mallet placement, pressure, and speed
• Clockwise vs. counterclockwise playing
• How breath affects tone and resonance
• What to do when sound skips or stops
• Creating rhythm, pacing, and intentional silence
• How to begin, guide, and close a sound journey
• Playing safely and responsibly for yourself or small groups

• How to properly activate tuning forks
• On-body and off-body techniques
• Guided self-practice and partner practice
• Safety, intention, and energetic awareness
