Sound Healing Journey with Nadine at Meta 1111

Join me as I guide you for a transformative Healing Sound Journey at Meta 1111.

Sound baths are a way of attaining a meditative state through the vehicle of sound vibration helping to reduce stress and anxiety. The sound will travel through the body releasing tension and stagnation allowing you to reach a deeper state of relaxation and increase mental clarity.

Be prepared to do some gentle movement and breathwork at the beginning of the session to prepare the body.

Instruments used during the session will be the drum, Crystal bowls, Tibetan Bowls, chimes, small gongs, rain stick and more.

Please wear comfortable clothing and come with an open heart.
