Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, always busy and struggle to find some calm in a world where we are constantly on the go and feeling pressure from many directions. I invite you to come and experience the healing power of sound. Taking you on a sound journey, as I play the enchanting crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments instruments that bath you in vibrations. The experience will help your nervous system re calibrate as you experience deep calm and relaxation.

Booking is essential
Session will be a little over 1 hour.
Yoga mats and eye pillows supplied. There are also some bolsters available.
Bring your own pillow, blanket, bolster if you have one and a drink of water

A bit about me……
My name is Mel Spencer
I am a yoga teacher and sound healing facilitator along side my day job. Sound and energy work has helped me hugely on a personal journey to process and shift emotions and mindset. I feel extremely grateful to now be able to hold space and share sound healing with my friends, family and community. Supporting people to find calm and peace within the chaos of our busy modern lives.
