I will you guide you through breath, relaxation meditation and an immersive sound journey. As the session comes to a close I will guide you back into the present moment.
You will experience the enchanting crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, rain stick, gong and more, bathing you in healing vibrations.
The sound journey is designed to invite deep relaxation allowing your nervous system to reset, releasing stuck energy as the body's chakras realign.
Releasing tension and balancing mind and body bringing a calmer, clearer mind.

Cost $25.00, The journey will be at least 1 hour.
Yoga mats and eye pillows supplied
Please bring blanket, pillow, water bottle and anything else you need to feel comfortable.
Optional - if you have a yoga bolster (or second pillow) please bring it aIong to pop under your knees for added comfort. I do have a number of bolsters available to borrow.
