You’ll experience a deeply relaxing Sound Healing Journey paired with the creative inspiration of a Vision Board Workshop—a beautiful combination to help you release, reset, and envision the year ahead.

Class Details:

• Date: January 24, 2026
• Time: 9:30 am- 1:00 pm
• Class Fee: $50 for the full experience
• Class Size: Limited to 10 participants

• Vision Board Class: $35

We’d love to have you with us as we create, heal, and set intentions for the new year.

Info: Doors open at 9:15 AM. Please arrive early to check in and get settled. We begin promptly at 9:30 AM. For the comfort and safety of the group, late entry isn’t allowed, and the doors will be locked once we begin.

Info: To help you have a comfortable experience, please bring: a yoga mat, a pillow or bolster for under your legs and head, an eye mask, and a blanket. If you prefer to sit in a chair, please message us ahead of time. We also have yoga mats available—just let us know if you’d like to reserve one

Info: All supplies will be provided for you. If you already have special pictures or items you’d love to include, feel free to bring them—they’re always welcome.
