Surrounded by nature, birdsong, and the timeless beauty of the gardens, this immersive sound healing journey invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect.You’ll be guided through a deeply restorative experience using a gong, crystal bowls, chimes, gentle instruments, and grounding practices to help calm the mind, relax the body, and awaken the spirit.
