Join me for a soul-nourishing evening filled with Guided Meditation, Crystal Bowl Sound Healing, Drumming, and Freeform Dancing. This is a chance to slow down, tune in, and reconnect—with yourself and with community.
We’ll gather in the cozy, intimate setting of H. Rose Studios, located right next to the costume shop. You’ll be welcomed with soothing tea, hearty soup, and homemade cookies, creating a warm, nurturing space to unwind and restore.
