What is Sonic Sanctuary?

Sonic Sanctuary is a two-hour immersive live sound healing experience.

Participants simply lie down, get comfortable, close their eyes, and allow the sounds to carry them into deep relaxation and meditation.

Throughout the evening Kennedy masterfully layers dozens of acoustic instruments to create an incredibly rich and spacious sonic environment.

Each sound becomes another doorway inward.

This experience is designed to help:

Touring nationwide, Kennedy Oneself creates immersive sound healing concerts where audiences simply lie down, close their eyes, and journey inward through waves of live acoustic instruments.

For over a decade he has crafted extraordinary sonic experiences using instruments gathered from cultures around the world.

Kennedy is also a meditation practitioner, instrument maker, retreat facilitator, and teacher dedicated to helping others discover the profound healing potential of vibration and intentional listening.
