Join me for a deeply relaxing sound immersion using a combination of Yoga Nidra guided meditation to prepare your mind and body.We will flow into a beautiful harmonic soundscape of layered notes, tones and vibrations. You'll be taken on a sonic journey from gentle percussive calls of the wild and shamanic medicine drum rhythms, to the distinctive calming tones of the singing bowl, high vibrational chimes and the powerful base vibrations of the GONG.
Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep in modern usage settles you into a calm state of consciousness between waking & sleeping where your nervous system is gently relaxed.
Allow yourself to drift away allowing the vibrational frequency to move deeply into your cells, releasing, easing you into deep rest and rejuvenation....You'll float home in bliss.
