Sound Healing for the Solstice

Join Rachel in Celebrating Solstice- The turning of the Celtic Wheel in the Northern Hemisphere known also as The Longest Night.

This auspicious time lends itself to reflecting on the balance of light and dark. At the point of the Winter Solstice, we begin to turn towards the light in small increments.

This practice will utilize gentle movement (with options for practice, including chairs), breath-work, a sound healing meditation with metal and quartz crystal bowls, voice, shruti, Celtic Harp and more!

For the sound healing meditation, you can use a chair/chairs or lay on the floor.

Please bring yoga mat/towel/blanket/any supports you may want or need.
