Join us for a Sound Healing finishing with an intention setting ritual for the new year. Leave the holiday season behind and dive headfirst into making 2025 your best year yet!Sound healing is an effective practice to heal on the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and soul level.
The instruments I use change depending on the night and can be Crystal Singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Voice, Chimes, Shakers, Various drums and Gongs etc.
I provide yoga mats, light blankets and bolsters and encourage you to bring anything which could help you feel more comfortable! (Pillows, eye masks, camp recliners for those who are unable to move to the floor etc)
