During this 3 day immersive training, you will learn how to use sound healing tools, such as singing bowls, gongs, and various healing instruments to create a state of deep relaxation and balance within the body. You will also learn how to use specific frequencies and tones to address specific imbalances and promote overall health and well-being. This is a 3 day course with our opening introductions Friday January 9th.

January 10thth (Saturday) will start 09:30am and end at approx 5pm.

January 11th (Sunday) Will start at 10:00 am until approx 6 pm. In the afternoon students will play in a sound bath (or observe) to close out our level 1 training. Feel free to invite your friends and family to come see what magic you are taking with you!

You will receive your certificate for Level 1 Sound Healer Certification on January 11th at the closing of the sound bath.

Adrienne will schedule calls individually with each student in following weeks to check in on their integration of information and schedule a 1:1 90 minute lesson . Once Level 1 is completed, Alum is able to join either Adrienne's Sound Baths as a guest (x2 ) within 3 months of completion. Ongoing instruction and hands on didactic continues to Level 2 apprenticeship for those who are interested.

Apprenticeship will be ongoing instruction consisting of 1:1 consults ( 90 minutes each) with Adrienne (up to 3) and hands on opportunities at special event Sound Meditations to get experience playing in different environments with groups. Depending on the intern, apprenticeship spans for approx 3-6 months or 40 hours. Includes Level 2 of certification in sound healing in addition to guidance on building a healthy and ethical spiritual buisness that support you continuting your gifts and feeling fullfilled financially.

Curriculum

3 immersive days will cover:

• Introduction to sound healing and its benefits
• The science of sound and its effects on the body
• History and origins of sound healing in ancient cultures
• The use of various sound healing tools, such as singing bowls (crystal and alchemy), gongs, and various healing instruments
• Understanding and creating specific frequencies and tones for healing including Chakras (energy centers in the body)
• Drumming to induce deep meditative trance states
• Techniques for creating a state of deep relaxation and balance within the body
• Addressing specific imbalances and promoting overall health and well-being
• Hands-on practice and guidance in using sound healing tools and techniques
• Hands on experience with multiple highest quality Paiste Planetary tuned gongs
• Ethical considerations and professional development in sound healing

• Learning your own self regulation and intro to mindfulness, meditation and breath
• Guest Speakers and Reiki healing

Instruments

Special discounts/access to highest quality instruments (Paiste,Meinl,Gongs Unlimited Beautiful Sounds and many more affiliates).

Not required to own any instruments. Sound Bird Healing will provide instruments for hands on so you can intuitively choose what instruments resonate with you.

Instruments will be available for purchase with special discounted rates for students (variable depending on type of instrument).

If you already have instruments , We'd love to meet them! We'd love to assit in deepening your practice and relationship with your current sonic tools.

Yoga mats, blankets etc provided.

Please bring a water bottle and anything needed to take care of your body.

snacks and nutritious snacks for both days. Please bring your lunch. There is a refrigerator and kitchen onsite. Lunch will be approximately an hour.

Training will be held outdoor and indoor at private location in Encino. Parking on site.

* Cohorts are intentionally kept to small groups.

Adrienne Bawa,RN ( founder of Sound Bird Healing).

Adrienne has been practicing as a Registered Nurse since 2009 primarilary in the specialities of trauma, critical care flight transport, interventional cardiology, and now serves as a Pediatric cardiology nurse specialist for children living with congenital heart defects. She is certified as a Board Certified Holistic Nurse in addition to certifications of mindfulness, meditation, somatic therapy in addition to Sound healing.

Adrienne has been certified in Sound healing since 2018 in addition to facilitating thousands of sound bath ceremonies. She works with non-profit organizations and is employed by corporate wellness companies such as Equinox and UCLA and has been a vital asset to promote and expand their integrative wellness initiatives.

Adrienne has established consistent private clientele throughout the Los Angeles area including high profile clients within the entertainment industry. Adrienne has established on-going and consistent relationships with unique event venues and instrument affiliates. Interns will have access to and hands on learning that covers a multitude of environments including outdoor and indoor spaces and considerations for building of own abundance within their business and practice.

N and S connecting with Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls. During Level 1 we dive into hands on and differences of Alchemy VS Classic Frosted Bowls. Level 2 goes into more depth of Alchemy bowl healing properties and building harmonious sets.
