Becky Bernardo is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner and the founder of Soul Sounds in Vernon, CT. A classically trained musician and lifelong clairaudient, the core of her sound healing methods is the use of ancient Tibetan singing bowls. While her practice is rooted in playing these bowls, she also incorporates other instruments into group sound baths, such as gongs, bells, tingshas, steel tongue drums, ocean drums, and more. A group sound bath serves many purposes. Once guided into a restful and meditative state, participants connect deeply with their Higher Self and open their heart chakras to experience oneness with the other participants. Sound healing sessions, in both individual and group settings, are known to reduce and alleviate body pains, relieve symptoms of, anxiety, and depression, and further expand one’s consciousness.
Becky’s February 13th group sound bath at Voices of Enlightenment is open to anyone interested. Our intention for this session is to release the energies of 2024 while preparing ourselves to receive the growth and abundance of the year ahead. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, chair, or cushion to rest on.
