Step into the final hours of the year with presence and purpose. This intimate New Year’s Eve gathering is a space to slow down, reflect, and consciously plant the seeds for the year ahead.

9:45 PM - Doors Open
Arrive, get comfortable, and settle into the space.

10:00 PM – Sacred Arrival & Reflection

Arrive and settle into a calm, candlelit space. You’ll be invited to journal, pull oracle or tarot cards, and reflect on the year that’s closing. Create and deposit your intentions into our manifesting / spell jars—infusing them with clarity, devotion, and heart-led vision.

10:30 PM – Sound Healing Journey

Sink into a deeply immersive sound healing experience using crystal bowls, grounding instruments, and intuitive sound. This journey will support nervous system reset, energetic clearing, and alignment as we transition between cycles.

*Sound healing concludes at 11:45 PM.*

12:00 AM – Welcoming the New Year with Sparklers

We’ll rise together to welcome the New Year with sparklers—marking the moment with light, joy, and collective intention.

This is a ceremony of release, remembrance, and renewal—an invitation to cross the threshold into the New Year grounded, open, and aligned.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound Healing is a meditative experience and a form of alternative medicine that has been around for thousands of years. The sound frequencies create a therapeutic atmosphere which allow you to enter into a theta brainwave state for insight, inspiration, intuition, deep healing and much more.

You will lie on your back peacefully (yoga pose: Savasana) and receive healing vibrations from a variety of instruments such as the Gong, Singing Bowls, Drums and Chimes.

• We provide yoga mat & bolster.
• Bring a pillow, blanket and water for your comfort.

About Sophia:

Sophia is an ongoing student and practitioner of ancient healing arts, devoted to helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom and energetic balance. A natural-born Medium, she has always felt drawn to the Unseen—curious about the spirit world and the healing power of subtle energies. Her path into yoga and the healing arts began in 2004 and has led her to study a range of sacred traditions and practices.

In 2014, Sophia opened Rasa Flow Yoga with the intention of creating a safe place for people from all walks of life to enjoy and benefit from various healing modalities.

Sophia is a certified Yoga Instructor and Sound Healer. She has trained in Evidential Mediumship with Danielle, The Happy Medium, and explored psychic development with various gifted teachers. Her Shamanic path includes completing The Shaman’s Way of Healing with Dr. Alberto Villoldo and Shamanic Journeying and Healing with Sandra Ingerman.

Sophia also carries knowledge passed down from her grandparents, who shared with her the power of prayer and traditional energy healing methods.

Through this diverse and evolving journey, Sophia weaves together intuitive insight, yoga, energy healing and clearing, sacred prayers, and sound to support deep, soulful transformation.

To locate us using Google maps please use: 2388 Mary Hill Rd, Port Coquitlam. This is the address for the Montrose Sales Centre which will bring you towards the entrance of the building 2180 Kelly Ave, Rasa Flow Yoga.

Customer parking is available at Montrose Square. Head towards the roundabout and enter into the alley, Customer parking stalls are available at P1. 3 hour maximum, stalls: 1-7 & 32-48
