Sound Healing

Sound healing is a valuable form of self-care. It encourages presence, introspection, and deep rest—making it a gentle yet powerful practice for those seeking balance and inner peace.

Elaine will provide a sound healing session where she guides attention to the breath, and to the resonance of singing bowls which are attuned to the body’s lower spine, sacral area, heart and throat. The sounds help us move our energy by increasing our vibration, calming our mind and creating a sense of internal harmony.

This is a gentle yet powerful practice for those seeking balance and inner peace. A sound healing session is a full-body listening experience that uses sound and simple mindfulness techniques to encourage therapeutic and restorative effects.

In this 1.5hour workshop, on November 19th, 6-7:30pm Elaine will combine singing bowls, chanting and heart-mind coherence meditation along with tips to stimulate your para-sympathetic nervous system to achieve inner calm and peace.
