Come immerse in the pure sound of the Crystal Bowls. Enjoy the vibration of the Crystal sound bath to renew and balance the body. We will be doing some gentle guided breath work and seated yoga movements followed by sound bath. All levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket. If you are not able to get on the floor, a chair will be provided.
Registration is required. Recommended for 18+.
