Join us for a deeply nourishing private sound healing experience created exclusively for the Confidently Love Yourself (CLY) community—an afternoon designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with like-minded humans on a similar holistic path.We’ll begin with a community gathering from 12:30–1:30 PM, giving you space to connect, ground, and share meaningful conversation with others who value intentional living, wellness, and self-care. From there, we’ll transition into a 60-minute sound healing journey from 1:30–2:30 PM, guiding you into deep relaxation and energetic renewal.
This experience takes place at Raffa Life, a beautiful wellness sanctuary. You’re welcome (and encouraged!) to book spa services before or after the event directly through raffalife.com—including Dee’s favorite Urban Sweat relaxation area, where you can detox and unwind with multiple sauna and steam rooms, relaxing waterbeds, and serene lounge spaces. Spa services are booked separately through the Raffa Life website.
