This sound bath filled with intuitive guidance, trauma-centered mindfulness, somatics, and brainspotting!
Sound Healing Circles are a sacred time to be with all parts of the self: mind, body, spirit, and soul.
While Brainspotting will be included in the collective experience, this is invitational. In addition, Marisol intuitively integrates card readings as aligned.

As an Intuitive Guide, Healer, Mentor, Brainspotting Consultant, and Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, Marisol offers intuitive collective sound healing circles that are holistic, organic, and trauma-centered.
By profession, Marisol is a psychotherapist and has years of experience providing sound healing as well as other holistic therapeutic techniques. She specializes in trauma and integrates her psychotherapeutic knowledge throughout the collective experience.
Marisol welcomes all people regardless of race, ethnicity, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and/or ability. She strives to provide inclusive and affirming spaces for all.
What is sound healing?
In sound healing, sacred instruments are used as a way to receive healing vibrations on a cellular level. Sound healing supports all of our bodies including our mental, physical, and spiritual selves. As energetic beings, the vibration of sound healing improves our overall well-being. Sound healing activates the parasympathetic nervous system which helps us feel calm and relaxed. In addition, sound healing promotes neuroplasticity which is the brain’s ability to rewire and repair itself. As a result, we heal, gain insight, guidance, and clarity from our higher selves.
Brainspotting is a neuro-experiential, relational, brain-body, mindfulness based healing modality. Brainspotting uses the visual field to process, heal, and gain clarity. It’s a way of healing the brain and body by accessing the subcortical areas of the brain. Brainspotting can help process stressors, improve emotions, reduce pain, gain clarity, and more. Marisol is a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, Brainspotting training facilitator, and Brainspotting Consultant. Marisol is trained by Dr. David Grand, founder and developer of Brainspotting. She is trained in Brainspotting Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, Master Class, Reiki and Brainspotting, and Clearing Limbic Countertransference: Enhancing Attunement. Participating in brainspotting is invitational and attendees do not have to participate in it to receive the benefits of the sound bath.
How to prepare:
- Please arrive on time. This allows for all of our energy to create the sacred circle. (Please consider parking and arriving to the location when planning your travel.)
- Bring a blanket, pillows, and anything else that you would like to have with you during the experience. (Yoga mats and bolsters are provided)
- Hydrate before, during, and after the sound healing circle.
- Dress comfortably so that you can honor any movement that your body may be asking for.
- Feel free to bring crystals, and anything else that feels supportive for your experience.
- If it's a practice that resonates with you, have a notebook to capture any messages you receive during the circle.
What to Expect:
The circle starts with guidance about brainspotting and sound healing. Marisol then offers brief invitational individual readings followed by the sound bath. Brainspotting is integrated organically within the sound healing journey.
Time: 10 AM - 12 PM
Where: Breathing Space 114 Depot Street Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 (note: there is a ramp in the back for folks with accessibility needs).

Sound Healing Circles will be held on the 4th Saturday of each month.
