PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Sound Healing is an ancient therapeutic practice that uses vibration, frequency, and rhythm to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore harmony to the mind, body, and spirit.
In this 3-level certification program, students learn the science, history, and practical application of sound healing while gaining hands-on experience with a wide variety of instruments.
Jessica Kozak Shaw has over 15 years of experience as a Sound Healer, integrating sound into classes, groups, ceremonies, and private sessions. She provides all instruments for training and practice, but students may bring their own if they wish.
Please feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for comfort during floor-based practices.
