In this hands-on 6-hour certification course, you’ll explore:
✅ Theory, technique and energy with simple, nervous-system-friendly tools
✅ The 7 healing notes and a few ways they may affect the body and mind
✅ Playing techniques: reverb, timing, dynamics, arrangement and silence
✅ Balancing the chakra system using sound as one possible lens, alongside your own intuition
✅ Creating safe, consent-based spaces (Sound Healing Etiquette) that feel supportive and accessible for all bodies
✅ When not to use sound – basic contraindications and gentle modifications for sensitivities
✅ The spirit behind each instrument and how to build a relationship with your tools
✅ The difference between sound and music and how to use both intentionally in sessions
✅ How to set up for a soundbath in different spaces, including home, studios, outdoors and poolside options
✅ Simple ways to integrate energy work – combine Reiki and spiritual healing with your sound baths
✅ Adapting sound work for different bodies and situations, including kids, elders, people in chairs and companion animals, with a focus on volume, proximity and consent so the work stays supportive.
