We invite you to join us Saturday June 6th in Bountiful for our first of many, Northern Utah, community gatherings and drum circle.This will be a night of community drumming, singing, movement and connecting! Sharing stories, drum beats, good food and love.
Sami Bricco, from Untethered Healing, will be offering an all ages, all skill levels, donation based yoga class from 5:30pm - 6:30. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Our drumming portion will begin at 7:00pm.
This is a POTLUCK Circle, so bring your favorite appetizer, food, snacks, drink, etc to share!
Bring a drum or any musical instrument. Bring a friend! All are welcome. No experience or instruments required. This is a family friendly event so please no smoking, or alcohol.
This is a donation based event, with a $10-20 suggested donation (venmo or cash), but any donation is acceptable and greatly appreciated. Pay from the heart whatever you can.
We will open the circle by calling in the 7 directions. We will make some musical magic and sing some easy songs that all can sing along to. We will close the space with a drum healing circle along with some time to integrate and share our thoughts.
Ceremonial cacao will be offered from Conquer You Cacao for $3 a cup.
Let's get creative and have a beautiful time together. Bring chairs, blankets, pillows and FOOOOOD to share. Lets have a good time together.
