Sound Healing & Yin Yoga

A full immersion Sound Bath experience. Begin with the Yin Yoga movement sequence, uniquely inspired each month, while a live crystal bowl session facilitates relaxation. This month will focus on the elements of fire and earth for a lava-inspired flow.
