Sound Healing & Reiki Experience in West London

Sound Sanctuary London and Zohalogy return with a special Reiki & Sound Healing experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, reset your energy and leave the session feeling lighter, grounded and renewed.
Held in the peaceful setting of Hammersmith Quaker Meeting House, this intimate small group session is limited to just 8 people, allowing for a deeply personal and immersive experience.
You will enter a calming space filled with the soft scent of lavender, grounding energy and immersive sound, creating an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself. Throughout the session, you will be gently guided through an uplifting and restorative experience designed to help you release built-up stress, recharge your energy and reconnect with yourself.
Using crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments, guests will be immersed in soothing sound frequencies while also receiving individual Reiki healing during the sound bath for an added layer of restoration and care.
Together, these two powerful practices work to help release emotional heaviness and stagnant energy, creating space for greater calm, clarity, grounding and emotional balance.

The session is beginner friendly and no previous experience with meditation, Reiki or sound healing is needed.
On arrival, guests will be offered an essential oil to help ease the transition into relaxation. After the session, grounding sweet treats will be provided, with moon tea available for anyone who would like to stay a little longer and gently ease back into the evening.
The session will last approximately 65–70 minutes.

- Anything else to help you feel cosy and comfortable

ABOUT THE HOSTS
Zohalogy and Sound Sanctuary London have partnered to create a unique experience combining the powerful benefits of Reiki and sound healing. On the 30th, you will be guided by both founders, Louise and Zoha.
Louise from Sound Sanctuary London is a qualified Sound Therapist holding a professional diploma in sound therapy. Her practice weaves together the intuitive and the evidence-based, honouring ancient traditions while remaining rooted in science-backed techniques that support the nervous system, energy flow and emotional wellbeing. Louise has created bespoke wellness experiences for brands including Sephora and L'Oréal Paris.
Zoha is the founder of Zohalogy Studio for Reiki Healing. As a fully trained Psychologist, Empathetic Communications Trainer and Reiki Master, she focuses on combining disciplines to amplify their power and create deeply supportive, high-frequency experiences.
TRAVEL
The venue is a short 5-minute walk from Ravenscourt Park Station and approximately 9 minutes from Hammersmith Station, with multiple tube and bus routes nearby.
Limited pay-and-display parking is available nearby, along with several local car parks within walking distance of the venue.
Spaces are intentionally limited to maintain the intimate nature of the experience, so early booking is recommended.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This session is not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy or for those with epilepsy, severe heart conditions, or certain serious mental health conditions such as schizophrenia.
