In Sound Meditations, we learn how paying attention to the gaps and silences between sounds is crucial. These moments of silence are where our growth and freedom lie. By listening carefully to the spaces within and around us, we can become more aware and present, allowing us to make conscious decisions and draw strength from within. Embracing the power of silence helps us tap into the transformative potential of space and create the reality we desire.

Guests are recommended to bring: a yoga mat, blanket, warm clothing, eye mask, and anything else to make you comfortable. Space is limited so arrive early if you would like to be able to lie down.

is a yogi and sound meditation practitioner who has traveled the globe to study various forms of yoga in countries such as India, UK, Europe, Costa Rica, and the United States. With a deep understanding of different yoga traditions and philosophies, Taylor Ann brings a unique and holistic approach to her teachings. Specializing in breathwork, yoga, and sound meditation, she facilitates transformative ceremonies and nurturing sessions that help others find inner peace and balance. Taylor Ann creates a safe and supportive space for her students to explore and deepen their practice.
