Rock Wednesday

Once a month on a Wednesday night, ROCK OUT with other Sinai Temple families and members for a night of interactive learning. Dinner will always be included!

For this ROCK WEDNESDAY, join us from 6-8pm for a zooz fitness class with Keen+. Keen's mission is to empower youth with disabilities and impact volunteer coaches through participation in free, non-competitive, one-on-one programs of physical activity and fun, supporting the overall health and well-being of all participants. Join in for a night of giving back through exercise!

This event is completely free, but please register for further communications. Donations are appreciated but not mandatory.
