Sound healing x Ice bath immersion
Inner city Rooftop location, we will be gathering in the rooftop dome for your sound and ice journey, the cold water session will be held on the outside terrace.
You don't need to have any experience with cold water, Jane is a certified Wim Hof instructor she will be guiding you with the breath work and cold water therapy at every step.
A beautiful rooftop location in Manchester city city centre near spinning fields
On street Parking, easy to get to and is close to the ring road.
Deansgate train station is around a 5 minute walk to the location
