Here at the Sanctuary, based at the Monastery, Manchester, we’re dedicated to addressing the inequalities in mental health and working towards good mental health for all, not just for some.
That’s why our listening service is completely FREE to access. We’ve found that just 1 session may be all a person needs to feel better able to cope.
At a time of soaring waits for NHS mental health help, we’re able to step in - providing much needed support in a timely manner.
Appointments are typically available within 7-10 days. At the time of writing we even have slots sooner than that.
