Join Holly for a restorative evening where you will receive auricular acupuncture (Acudetox/ Acuwellness) to assist with addressing and releasing emotional blocks, regulating your sympathetic nervous system and opening the door for our brains to drop into theta, a dream-like state.

The quartz crystal sound bowls are attuned to the vibration of nature (432hz) and your 7 major chakras. The sound healing will guide your inner journey as you release stress, stagnant emotions and access a state of peace & balance.

The duality of the grounding acupuncture with the high vibrational frequencies provides the perfect combination to work through emotional challenges & release what is no longer serving you.

My work is rooted in a deep passion for healing, embodiment, and emotional liberation. I blend trauma-informed care with intuitive, heart-centered rituals to create spaces where you can reconnect with the truth of your heart and inner wisdom.

My purpose is to create spaces where people have the opportunity to overcome themselves, open their heart and heal so they can live the life they have always wanted.

I am trained as a Love, Sex and Relationship Coach through the VITA Coaching Certification with Layla Martin and received my Somatic Trauma Therapy Certification through the Embody Lab, studying with leaders like Dr. Peter Levine and Gabor Maté. I have been studying energetic healing for over 6 years now and am trained as a Holographic Sound Healer, Reiki Master Teacher, and Yoga Teacher (200hr) with thousands of people served in both private and public settings.

My journey into the healing arts began through the lens of addiction recovery. I built a strong foundation in evidence-based support with training in CCAR Peer Recovery Coaching, NADA Acupuncture Detoxification, Motivational Interviewing, and Community Reinforcement and Family Training, and by earning my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from CU Boulder.
