KJ and Jamie will guide a restorative and relaxing experience for our community to enjoy.

As KJ guides a gentle yoga practice accessible to all, Jamie will accompany the flow by sharing vibrations of alchemy crystal and Himalayan bowls into harmonies that help create balance and inner peace.

No experience needed only a willingness to show up, be present and receive. We look forward to sharing this special time with us.
