We would love to have you join us in this safe enviroment, welcoming to all.
Come experience the power of Crystal singing bowls, Chimes, Gongs, and other healing instruments to surround you with the healing frequencies of sound and vibration. You will be guided into a meditative state so that you can deeply rest and reset your nervous system in a safe and peaceful environment.
Sound can transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace so that you can access the hypnagogic state. This state is the transitional stage between being awake and asleep, where your extrasensory perception can be enhanced and you can deeply listen to your intuition, connect to your Highest Self, release stress, balance your energy, and awaken your mind, body and spirit.
Your Strength Gym is a Small Women Owned Business that offers Strength Training designed for beginners, injury recovery, menopause, or anyone craving a holistic approach to fitness and wellness! Katie Wilson is an expert fitness guide and you will feel right at home in her gym!
No experience necessary- all are welcome! Come as you are and if you can, with an open mind and a willingness to explore the transformative power of sound.
📍If you can, please bring a yoga mat and two cozy blankets. Some will be provided at the space.
