What is integral sound healing?

Integral sound healing is a powerful process, which balances the body, mind, and spirit of an individual through sound and vibration. This non-invasive process is intended to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.

Benefits of movement and integral sound healing:

  • Reduced stress
  • Improved sleep
  • Better pain management
  • Improved sense of relaxation
  • Improved relationship with oneself and others
  • Increased focus and attention
  • Calming of the mind

Integral Sound Healing with Guided Movement:

Integral sound healing combined with guided movement provides a comprehensive approach to wellbeing, promoting emotional and physical recovery. Movement offers a physical platform for emotional release and expression, frequently drawing on the body's stored experiences and feelings.

  • Soothing Chi
  • Pelvic Rocking
  • Windshireld Wiper Legs
