What is integral sound healing?
Integral sound healing is a powerful process, which balances the body, mind, and spirit of an individual through sound and vibration. This non-invasive process is intended to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.

Integral Sound Healing with Guided Movement:
Integral sound healing combined with guided movement provides a comprehensive approach to wellbeing, promoting emotional and physical recovery. Movement offers a physical platform for emotional release and expression, frequently drawing on the body's stored experiences and feelings.

Goal:
The goal of HarmoniWorks is to create a sacred, safe space to deeply connect within ourselves and others, building a supportive community.
