Sound Healing - 2024 REFLECTIONS - Relaxation, Meditation, & Mindfulness

SPECIAL EDITION SESSION -- This session is for 2024 reflection. We will start the evening in a group circle to share our unique and challenging experiences from the past year. This is an opportunity to feel heard, shed some tears, and release emotion. After everyone shares, we will continue with a meditation, breathwork, and then move into the sound bath. Please come prepared to speak and share your experiences as you sharing may help others feel safe and heal as well. This may be a more intense experience for others, but I feel called to offer this session with the new year. I am honored to support you and be with you as we start a new year!

ADD ON -- Mary will be offering 10 minute reiki sessions to enhance your evening. Only 5 tickets are available so please purchase with your regular ticket to secure your space. Reiki is a gentle energy healing that will help you release stuck or uncomfortable emotions. The energy is subtle, yet powerful and goes exactly where it needs to. Imagine pure love running through your body!

This hour is best used to reflect within and observe your thoughts while releasing what no longer serves you. Sound healing is a powerful tool to help you go deeper into meditation. It is an aid to help keep us in the present to reduce fear, guilt, shame, stress, anxiety, pain, and more.

No experience needed. All you have to do is lie down and breathe. The sound frequency will help you relax and calm the mind while healing the body.

Doors open at 6:45 PM and close promptly at 7:00 PM.

I will use a gong, crystal quartz and Himalayan sound bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments (drum, rain stick, seeds, etc.) to help deepen your practice, allowing you to feel more relaxed than ever before.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water - whatever you need to feel comfy and safe!
