We will begin by finding our collective heartbeat through guided group drumming. Please bring a drum, shaker, or rainstick if available. No experience or instrument necessary to soak in these good vibes. As we transition into stillness, you'll be invited to lie down for a gong and drum wash, a unique experience where the instruments are played directly over you to cleanse your energy.
