I'm so excited to be expanding into a new venue (Therapy & Flow) for all things Sound, Yoga, Movement & Melody- starting with a gorgeous Sound Ceremony Sound Bath on Saturday 8th November 4-5pm. Weaving cosmic quartz & alchemy crystal singing bowls with my singing voice and other instruments, this will be a a cosy, easeful hour of deep relaxation.
Mats, Bolsters & Blankets are provided although you can bring anything that makes you comfortable.
Spaces are limited- so book early to avoid disappointment!
