Sound Bowl Session

Refresh yourself and unwind with a calming sound bowl session designed to help you de-stress. The therapeutic vibrations of the sound bowls will promote relaxation and balance, helping to quiet the mind and release tension. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful escape or a moment of mindfulness, this session is the perfect way to recharge.

We encourage participants to bring a yoga mat or blanket for comfort as you lie down and fully immerse yourself in the calming sounds.
