Join us for a relaxing Full Moon in Aquarius Sound Bath at Haven ✨
This 60-minute immersive experience with Liz of Vibrant Zen is designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect through guided meditation, gentle restorative movement, and the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, rainsticks, and more.
The Full Moon in Aquarius invites reflection, release, and reconnecting with yourself and your community. This experience offers space to step away from the noise of everyday life, ground into the present moment, and settle into deep rest beneath the peaceful atmosphere of the barn.
Parking: Drive straight to the back of the property and park in the grass lot to the right.
Restrooms are available in the stable.
Attire: Please dress comfortably and bring cozy layers, as the body often cools down during relaxation and stillness.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in comfortably before we begin.
