You are invited to take a moment for yourself and experience the calming, restorative power of Sound Bowl Healing.Join us as @goddesshealthandwellness guides you into a state of deep relaxation, where sound and frequency work to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit.
This immersive experience is designed to help release stress and tension in the body, clear the mind, restore energetic harmony and energise the body on a cellular level. As the bowls are played, their healing frequencies resonate through your body, allowing you to enter a meditative state and experience profound relaxation.

What to expect:

~ Gentle, guided sound healing using crystal bowls

What to bring:
~ Pilates/Yoga mat
~ Pillow and blanket
~ Anything else to make yourself comfortable (eye mask, bolster, etc.)
