In this one hour Healing Sound Meditation, you will be guided in some gentle seated meditation/yoga before reclining for a long sound bath using Crystal and Brass bowls. Unlike many forms of meditation, here your mind is free to journey as your body relaxes. The vibrations and notes are played in a sequence that reduces stress and anxiety and allows one to go deeply within without any effort. Please bring anything you might like to make yourself comfortable on the ground. We suggest a yoga mat, blankets, and any special pillows or eye masks to ensure you are comfortable. We have a few available to borrow if you forget yours as well as a few zero gravity chairs for anyone who cannot get down to the ground, though this is a private residence that requires one to be able climb one flight of stairs. Please dress appropriately to recline on the ground (pants suggested). You are welcome to stay for tea, snacks, and discussion after the meditation if you like. Must RSVP and be able to safely climb one flight of stairs. This event is shared on other platforms so the number registered on FB may not be a true reflection of how many will be in attendance.
