Join us as Luna Soul Sound guides us through a sound bowl healing to prepare for the busy holiday season!

Sound bowl healing, or sound therapy, is a meditative practice where participants are immersed in the sounds and vibrations of bowls made of crystal. These bowls are played with a mallet to produce tones that are believed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
