We invite you to the Yoga Lounge to step into this sacred space where sound becomes medicine. This 1-hour journey begins with a guided meditation to ground your energy and invite presence. You'll then be immersed in the resonance of the crystal quartz singing bowls-designed to soothe the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and bring the different layers of being into harmony. As the sound waves wash over you, your brain naturally shifts into deeper states of rest, activating your body's innate ability to restore from within. We close with a soft return-to-body meditation to anchor the experience and leave you feeling centered and nourished. Whether you're seeking release, relaxation, or reconnection, this is a space to simply be, to listen inward, and let the sound carry you home to yourself. Sarah is a multi-modality body and energy worker, yoga instructor, nature lover, and singing bowl enthusiast. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing has its origin from within oneself when you create a space for the mind, body and soul to align together.
