During this in-person event, Paula will guide you through a meditative journey while playing the bowls, creating a harmonious atmosphere that promotes healing and inner peace. A love donation of $20 is suggested, to assist with the cost of the venue.

Yoga mats are provided. For max comfort, bring your own mat, pillow, and blanket. Chairs are available for those unable to lie on the floor.
