We are launching our Sound Bodies offering in September on the 9th at 7pm.Each month we will be connecting with a different part of the body to have a conversation with the emotional side and what might be stuck there.
We were already being guided to work with the liver , and then when we found out it was National Recovery month, it made perfect sense.
Our liver detoxifies and when it is out of balance, everything suffers.
When you consider that the digestive system is ruled by fire in that area, then it makes sense that if you are pouring in fuels to keep that fire burning out of control, you are going to feel it.
The sliding scale of anger lives there. From mild irritation, right through to full on fury. What lives under the anger scale though? Shame, guilt, worry perhaps? We can explore that too.
When we allow ourselves to have a conversation with the liver. Sit with the silence. Return to the breath. Feel gentle movement, humming, tapping, and can reflect with sound and journaling, then we are taking a first step towards release.
That is powerful medicine for the Soul.
There will be two sound bodies sessions a month. Attendance at both would be beneficial.
